Is this real?

Yes, courts can hold funds. But scams exist. Always verify the case number and county and never rush into signing anything.

Do you charge a fee?

Yes. This is a fee-based service. Terms are disclosed in writing before work begins.

Are you a law firm?

No. We coordinate the case. Independent licensed attorneys handle legal filings and court communications.

What if the claimant is deceased?

Many recoveries are handled by a surviving spouse or heirs. The attorney determines required documentation.

What should I do right now?

  1. Get the county and case number.
  2. Do not sign anything.
  3. Contact us and forward any letters/texts you received.

How are funds released?

An attorney files the correct motion/petition. The judge signs an order, and the clerk releases funds according to that order.
